Jayanthi has been a very enterprising person from a very young age. Her inquisitive nature to explore, experience and learn in the process has given her the opportunity to done various hats. An established classical dancer with many accolades to her credit, a graded artist with the Doordarshan Kendra and an empanelled artist with the Indian Council for Cultural Relations, Jayanthi’s tryst goes on.

Having started as a journalist she moved on to content writing and shifted gears to employee engagements, operations and overall administration with some big names in the industry like Frost & Sullivan, Cognizant, HCL -Cisco to name a few. After a decade hiatus post marriage and children Jayanthi took to dance as her full-time career. She runs a dance school that imparts traditional Bharathanatyam for young children and adults. With over 30 children learning the art form both in India and abroad her dance school Natyaa Aaradhana has carved a name for itself.

Jayanthi, wasn’t always the pet-loving person she is today. Though, she grew up with pets, she was afraid of them, unsure of how to interact with them. But life had other plans! After overcoming her fear and adopting her first pet, a lab, she discovered the unconditional love and joy that pets bring. She realised that the fear most people have towards pets is either of their own experience or an incident they’ve heard or seen. She understood through her own personal experience that with proper guidance one can overcome this fear. This transformative journey inspired her to create JusfurPets—a space where every pet and pet parent feels seen, supported, and celebrated. Today, Jayanthi is a proud pet parent and her goal is to share the magic of pet companionship with others.

Oli Arul is the co-founder of JusfurPets. Oli is an accomplished investor, serial entrepreneur, and mentor with 17 years of experience in building and scaling innovative startups. He has a strong background in startup incubation, international acceleration programs, and early-stage investments, with a proven ability to secure funding. Oli has co-founded multiple award-winning ventures, including India’s first integrated senior care service, 60Plus India, and the pioneering e-commerce platform Shycart.com. His ventures have received recognition from prestigious institutions, including Forbes’ Top 100 Indian Startups 2023, and he has extensive experience with global networks like Accelerating Asia, United Nations’ Asia-Pacific Care Accelerator, and Enpact Landing Pad Berlin.

Currently, as the Executive Director of TN W.O.M.E.N, he leads initiatives empowering women entrepreneurs in Tamil Nadu. In addition to his entrepreneurial work, Oli actively engages in mentoring, consulting, and project execution for a wide range of clients, including government bodies, through his firm Oli Consulting Group. He has represented Indian startups at international forums such as SLUSH, Gitex, and the G20, and holds certifications in project management and digital marketing. With a deep commitment to fostering a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem, Oli brings a wealth of experience, technical expertise, and a global perspective to his work.
